This article is dedicated to analyzing the importance of pragmatics in translation studies. The research focuses on identifying the role of pragmatic elements in the translation process and their impact on the communicative purpose and cultural context of the text. Pragmatic elements are considered crucial in overcoming linguistic, cultural, and contextual differences during translation. The necessity of preserving hidden meanings and communicative functions in translation is emphasized, and significant conclusions are drawn based on semiotic and empirical analyses. The research substantiates the necessity of a pragmatic approach in translation studies from both scientific and practical perspectives.
