FEATURES OF THE PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION SYSTEM FOR BOXING COACHES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article provides a comprehensive overview of the content, structure, and practical application
features of the professional orientation system for boxing coaches in higher education institutions. The author
considers the concept of professional orientation as an essential component of the pedagogical process and seeks
to develop a model adapted to the professional activities of a boxing coach. Throughout the study, the
psychological, pedagogical, social, and practical factors of the professional orientation system in training
specialists in the field of sports — particularly in boxing — are thoroughly analyzed. The article also explores the
processes of forming professional interests among future boxing coaches, developing positive motivation toward
professional activity, and gradually mastering the necessary competencies for coaching. It substantiates the need
to ensure the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in higher education, improve curricula based
on modern requirements, and study and implement advanced international practices. The scientific conclusions
and practical recommendations presented by the author aim to improve the training system for boxing coaches,
shape them as competitive professionals in the labor market, and support their professional growth. This article
is dedicated to the in-depth study of sports pedagogy, professional orientation methodology, and modern principles of coaching and serves as an important scientific and methodological resource for researchers and
practitioners working in this field.
