В этом исследовании рассматриваются практические механизмы управления качеством образования в Японии и оценивается возможность их применения для совершенствования образовательных систем в других странах. Анализируются политические рамки, модели инспекции школ и программы профессионального развития учителей, что позволяет выявить эффективные стратегии повышения академических стандартов. Исследование использует сравнительный анализ, методику кейс-стади и оценку политики для предоставления рекомендаций по практическому внедрению.
