Yaponiyaning siyosiy qoidalari, maktab inspeksiya tizimi va o‘qituvchilarni professional rivojlantirish dasturlari tahlil qilinib, akademik standartlarni oshirishning samarali strategiyalari aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot taqqoslash, “case-study” metodologiyasi va siyosat baholash usullaridan foydalanadi.
