Oʻquvchilarda madaniy bagʻrikenglik, empatiya, kommunikativ madaniyatni shakllantirish vositalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda Oʻzbekiston sharoitida mavjud muammolar va ilgʻor xorijiy tajribalarga asoslangan takliflar berilgan.
