Frazeologik birliklarni o‘rganish tilning ijtimoiy va madaniy farqlarini aks ettirishdagi muhim rolini ochib beradi. Ushbu maqolada ingliz va o‘zbek tillarida frazeologizmlardan foydalanishda genderga asoslangan farqlar sotsiolingvistik, madaniy va pragmatik jihatlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tillararo va sotsiopragmatik tadqiqotlarga tayangan holda, erkak va ayol so‘zlovchilarning idiomatik ifodalarni turlicha qo‘llashi, ularning gender rollari, o’ziga xosligi va kommunikativ afzalliklarini qanday namoyon etishi o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotda frazeologizmlar genderga asoslangan nutqning muhim belgisi sifatida ko‘rib chiqilib, qiyosiy frazeologiya, sotsiolingvistika va madaniyatlararo muloqot sohalariga hissa qo‘shadi.
