Abstract

This article describes the socio-pedagogical analysis of the development of the social activity of female teachers. The article examines the role of women educators in society, their contribution to the education system, gender equality and the influence of social conditions on their activity. Pedagogical approaches, innovative methods and processes of adaptation to changes in society were also analyzed.
