The modern education system is facing constant changes and technological progress. At the same time, there is a need for continuous development of teachers' competencies to improve the effectiveness of the educational process. The development of professional qualifications and pedagogical skills of teachers of the subject "Technology" is one of the most important factors in improving the quality of the educational process. Today, teachers of technical sciences must master not only traditional pedagogical methods, but also modern digital technologies. Thus, future teachers of the Technology subject need to develop not only methodological knowledge, but also competencies such as the ability to apply innovative pedagogical methods, as well as the effective use of digital and technological tools. The article analyzes the pedagogical conditions for the development of competencies of a future teacher of the subject "Technology". Various aspects of the competence development of the future teacher of the subject "Technology" are highlighted, including innovative pedagogical approaches, professional development systems, effective use of technological solutions, and the importance of sharing practice. The interconnectedness and effectiveness of these processes make it possible to bring teachers to new heights in their professional development.
