MORAL LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF A FUTURE HISTORY TEACHER

This article analyzes the process of forming the moral and ethical image of a future history teacher. The teacher's ability to be a moral leader, serve as a personal example, and foster historical thinking and patriotism plays a crucial role in the pedagogical process. The research results indicate that developing professional ethics and pedagogical morality, strengthening moral leadership and communication competencies, and integrating national and universal values in education are key factors in enhancing the teacher’s moral and ethical image.
