The article describes the development of the textile industry in our country and in foreign countries, as well as the practical experience of state support for this industry. The studies of domestic and foreign scientists who conducted research on the management of the financial activities of light industry enterprises, the creation and management of clusters, and the determination of the advantages of clustering production at textile enterprises were studied. In this article analyzed the experience of countries with a developed textile industry as China, Germany and Turkey. Based on the results of the study, scientifically based recommendations were prepared aimed at improving the management of the financial activities of industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan.
