In the article, ensuring the Safety of nuclear energy, its wide promotion among countries, its international legal basis, as well as its impact on the processes of globalization, a number of suggestions are given. Also, while talking about the extent of the impact of nuclear energy, which is being used in developing countries, on the life of the society, its benefits and harms to the growth of the population, urbanization, and technological development are mentioned. Within the framework of the topic, the issue of nuclear energy security was covered using the opinions, research, and scientific works of various scientists and the legal documents of foreign countries in this article.
