The article is dedicated to the artistic interpretation of the horse image in modern Uzbek and world literature. The study examines the roots of the horse image in folklore, its depiction in epic and lyrical works, as well as its representation in contemporary literary texts. The analysis highlights the portrayal of the horse as a symbol of loyalty, courage, freedom, and strength, comparing its mythological, historical, and realistic dimensions in Uzbek and world literature. The article explores the semantic meanings, artistic-aesthetic functions, and moral-educational significance of the horse image in these literary traditions. Using literary, comparative, semiotic, and linguistic analysis methods, the study discusses how the horse image has been shaped and transformed in different cultural contexts.
