В статье представлены опыт зарубежных стран (Сингапур, Япония, США и Россия) в преподавании раздела теории вероятностей и математической статистики в общеобразовательных школах, включая анализ учебных программ и научных результатов. Результаты международных оценочных систем PISA и TIMSS показывают важность этого предмета для развития логического мышления и статистического мышления учащихся, что повышает актуальность данного исследования.
