The article analyzes the types of traditional national sweets and drinks of the Bukhara oasis, their preparation technology, territorial, ethnolocal and ceremonial characteristics, and the beliefs of the people with it based on field research and historical literature. The role of sweets in the daily life and material culture of the Bukhara people, and the history of the holvagari craft have been studied.
