Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqot sportchilar o‘yin sport faoliyatining nazariy va amaliy jihatlarining mohiyatini ochib beradi. Tadqiqotning asosiy vazifalari quydagicha shakllantirildi: jismoniy tayyorgarlikning rivojlanish darajasi dinamikasini va tayyorgarlik davrida sportchilarning jismoniy sifatlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni tahlil qilish va o‘rganish masalalarini ko‘rib chiqish; gandbolchilarning raqobatbardosh faoliyatining etakchi tarkibiy qismlarini (SF) ajratib ko‘rsatish; yuqori darajadagi gandbolchilarning SF-ning jamoaviy va individual model xususiyatlarini ishlab chiqish
