Jahon hamjamiyati issiqxona gazlarini kamaytirish va sayyoramizning yashash qobiliyatini davom ettirishni ta'minlashni maqsad qilib qo'ygan. Dunyo davlatlari iqlim o'zgarishi, inklyuzivlik, arzon narx va boshqa ko'plab global muammolarga nisbatan o'z ulushini bajarish majburiyatini oldi. Global o‘tish davrida jahon hamjamiyatining qimmatli hamkori sifatida Ozarbayjon 2030 yilgacha yashil o‘sish va yashil energiya ishlab chiqarishga erishish bo‘yicha milliy ustuvorliklarni qabul qildi. Ozarbayjon xalqining qayta tiklanadigan energiyaga nisbatan yondashuvlarini ochib beradi. Soʻrov savollari odamlarning qazib olinadigan yoqilgʻilar, iqlim oʻzgarishiga javobgarligi, uni keltirib chiqaruvchi sabablar, elektr transport vositalari, odamlarning elektr avtomobillarni sotib olishga moyilligi va yashil energiyaga oʻtishdagi eng muammoli masalalar haqidagi fikrlarini oʻz ichiga oladi.
