This article examines the global characteristics of educational migration and the geography of its expansion. Based on statistical information, the main directions of student and academic mobility are determined, as well as prospects for the development of the educational services market. The state of the main flows on a global, regional and national scale is analyzed. Possible solutions are proposed to improve research tools when studying educational migration processes.
