Rivojlanayotgan oliy ta'lim manzarasi an'anaviy ma'muriy tizimlardan innovatsion boshqaruv amaliyotiga o'tishni talab qiladi. Oliy taʼlim muassasalari (OTM) tez oʻzgarib borayotgan dunyoda oʻz ahamiyatini saqlab qolishga intilayotganligi sababli, innovatsion strategiyalarning integratsiyalashuvi muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqola ushbu yangi boshqaruv amaliyotlarini har tomonlama baholashni taklif qiladi, ularning ta'lim natijalarini yaxshilash, tadqiqotlarni rag'batlantirish va institutsional epchillikni ta'minlashdagi rolini ta'kidlaydi. Tizimli baholash orqali maqola OTMdagi innovatsion menejmentning muammolari, afzalliklari va transformatsion salohiyatiga oydinlik kiritadi.
